Incident View Page This page provides details of the progress of the incident and the date(s) they were added. Any supplementary attachments that have been added to assist problem resolution can be displayed using the Attachments tab. You can select the ‘Email me when incident is updated’ checkbox to receive an automatic Email alerting you, if required. If you created the incident, or if you are authorized to make updates for the product, you can add comments in the dialog box and press the Send Comments button. The incident will be updated and notification sent to the relevant support team.
