New users If you are a new user, please complete our registration form in order to use the facilities within this area. See Notes below. Click the Submit Registration button when complete. After submitting this form, your details will be checked against our customer database and the registration will be routed to the appropriate administrator. If your registration is authorized you will receive a username and password by email. If the registration request is rejected you will receive an email informing you of the fact. You are welcome to register again and you may wish to enter some more information in the 'Comments' box to support your registration. Notes: All boxes that are marked with a ‘*’ are required. Enter an Account number if known. If left blank your details will be checked against our customer database. If your organization is verified as a valid user of our products your request will be passed to your organization’s Site Administrator for verification. Select checkboxes at the bottom of the page to enable you to: • receive information by email • get notified when your support incidents are updated • agree to the website’s Terms and Conditions of use. Click the Terms of Service link to display this information in a separate window. This checkbox must be selected.
