View your profile

The Account Profile page enables you to see the details that are registered for your account. Items that cannot be changed are shown as protected.

Use the Product Permissions button to see a list of the products for which you are authorized, as set by your Site Administrator. For each product listed it indicates whether you can:

View can view incidents for the product.

Create you can create new incidents for the product and provide updates.
