Selecting a report from the report gallery
Focal Point® provides a report gallery for you to select and add a report to the workspace home page.
Before you begin
You must be a workspace administrator.
Focal Point® Reporting Server must be registered as a Friend (Outbound) in Focal Point®.
Focal Point® must be registered as an Consumer (Inbound) in the Focal Point® Reporting Server application.
Procedure
1 Log in to Focal Point® as a workspace administrator, and then open the workspace to which to add the report gadget.
2 Click user name > Home Page Settings.
3 Click Add Window, and click Report gadget.
4 In the Report gadget window, select from the list of servers.
The report gallery is displayed with the available reports grouped into multiple categories. Click Expand all to expand the categories, and then review the description for each report.
5 Select the required report, and then click OK.
The report is added to the home page tab.
6 Click Preview to preview the report.
