Sending emails to members
1 Login to the Focal Point® workspace.
2 Click the Settings icon Settings icon and then, from the Members group, click Manage.
3 From the Members folder, select the member to whom you want to send email to.
A frame with the user information is displayed.
4 From the Actions menu in the member frame, select Send E-Mail.
5 Type a subject and a message in the corresponding text areas.
6 Click Send.
The email is sent.
