Deleting users
You can delete a user only if you are a global administrator. On deleting a user, the user is removed from the database, and from all the workspaces that the user is associated with. The prioritizations of the user are deleted, and the Owner, Created By and Last Changed By attributes values are replaced by the - value.
About this task
When you delete a user, the history logs are not affected.
Procedure
1 From the User menu, select Administration. Click Users, and then click Administer Users.
2 Expand the Users node, and then select the user to be deleted.
3 From the Actions menu, select Delete User.
4 In the confirmation dialog, click OK.
