Viewing the email history log
You can view the history log for the emails that were sent to a user in Focal Point®. You must be a global administrator to see the history log of emails.
Procedure
1 From the User menu, select Administration. Click Users, and then click Administer Users.
2 Expand the Users node, and then select a user.
3 From the Actions menu, select Mail Log.
Results
The mail log for the selected user appears.
