Hiding workspaces and restoring hidden workspaces
If you are a global administrator, you can hide those workspaces for which you are also a workspace administrator. A hidden workspace is removed from the My Workspaces page for all members. However, global administrators who are also workspace administrators can still access and restore hidden workspaces.
Hiding a workspace
1 Click the Workspaces menu, and select View All.
The My Workspaces page is displayed.
2 Click the Action menu corresponding to the workspace to be hidden.
3 Select Hide workspace.
The Unhide workspace option is shown instead of Hide workspace. The workspace is no longer available in the My Workspaces page.
Accessing a hidden workspace
1 From the User menu, select Administration.
2 Click General, and then click Workspaces.
The page displays the available list of workspaces.
3 Click the workspace name. The workspace opens for editing.
Restoring a hidden workspace
Global administrators who are also workspace administrators can access and restore hidden workspaces.
1 From the User menu, select Administration.
