Adding users to the database
You can add users to the database in the IT portfolio management workspace. To add users, you must first add the users to the database and then add them to the workspace.
1 If you are in a workspace, exit the workspace.
2 Click Users > Manage Users.
3 Click Add User.
4 In the corresponding fields, enter the full name, user name, and email address of the user.
5 Click OK.
