Fixing rules
The business rules might be broken when you export and import the workspace. You must activate the predefined expressions and business rules in the IT portfolio management workspace. Because some predefined expressions contain database IDs that are unique for each environment, you must refresh the expressions. Refresh the expressions once for every workspace. You can find the database IDs for your environment in the product.
