Deleting attributes
About this task
Attributes other than the mandatory attributes can be deleted.
Procedure
1 Log in to the workspace as an administrator.
2 Click the Settings icon Settings icon, and then, from the Configure group, click Attributes. The available modules are listed.
3 Click the module that contains the attribute to delete.
4 Click the delete icon for the attribute. A confirmation message is displayed.
5 Click OK in the confirmation dialog box to delete the attribute.
If you delete an attribute that mirrors a link attribute, the attribute record is not deleted from the link table of the Focal Point® database. To detect and remove the redundant links belonging to the deleted attributes in the workspace, click the Settings icon Settings icon, and then, from the Advanced group, click Verify Database. Select Redundant links test.
