Creating an element view

You can create an element view to prioritize elements in Focal Point^®.

Procedure

1 Click the Settings icon

, and then, from the Configure group, click Views.

2 Click Add View.

3 Type a title for the view (for example, Criteria – Cars), and then select these options:

▪ Include this view in the Display menu

▪ Include this view in the Prioritize menu

▪ Include this view in the Visualize menu

4 Click Save.

5 Click Edit link of the View Definition. For the module, select Elements, and leave the rule as it is by default.

6 Click OK, and then click Finish.
