Self registration
If you are new to Focal Point®, you can access the product by using the self registration feature. When the self registration feature is activated, the Need Access? link is displayed on the login page.
Regular users need access to one or more workspaces; otherwise, they can view only public workspaces. When you click Need Access?, the Get Focal Point® Access form is displayed. In that form, you can specify the workspaces that you want to access. When you submit the form, workspace administrators are notified of your request.
Note If LDAP is enabled, the Get Focal Point® Access form displays a login name field, a message field, and a list of available workspaces.
