This module is intended for users with Global Administrator rights in Focal Point® and IBM Rational solution for CLM applications. In this module, you register Focal Point® as a consumer and provider in IBM Rational solution for CLM.

▪ Configure the attributes to store the CLM links.
▪ Add a functional user to the consumer key.

▪ Configuring the preview view for published elements.
▪ Add view command for bulk operation.

Prerequisites
You must have installed Focal Point® and IBM Rational solution for CLM and have global administrator rights.
In the previous module, you created users and workspace, added users as workspace members, and assigned roles to the members. In this module, you configure the integration between Focal Point® and IBM Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management applications. As part of configuration, the lessons in this book describe how to register Focal Point® as an incoming consumer in the IBM Rational solution for CLM server.
To view the IBM Focal Point® business needs from the Requirements Management and Change and Configuration Management applications of IBM Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management, you must register Focal Point® as an outbound friend.
