Adding global attributes

You can add global attributes to modules.

Before you begin

To add global attributes, you must either be a Global administrator or have the Global permission.

Note Lock attributes cannot be added as global attributes.

To add a new global attribute

1 On the navigation bar, click User Profile (your user ID) > Administration.

The Administration window opens.

2 On the General > Global Attributes page, click Add Attribute.

A list of attributes that can be added to the module opens.

3 Click the attribute you want to add.

A window to specify settings for the global attribute opens.

4 Specify these settings:

▪ General Settings

▪ Value Settings

▪ Visual Settings

▪ Mandatory Settings

▪ Confirm Dialog Settings

▪ Change Log Settings

▪ Integration Settings
