Configuring report templates
A report template is used to create a report type that is required to create a report. A report template is an XML string that determines the fonts, chapters and so on of the report. For example, the template can state that the report should consist of a view displayed as a tree, but it does not state which view to use. Every Focal Point installation has a list of report templates and the template can be used several times in the workspace.
To manage reports, you must be a Global administrator.
