From the SQL page of the Advanced menu, you can interact with the database without using the features that are provided in Focal Point.

To access the SQL page, you must be a global administrator. If you do not want to use the SQL interface, you can deactivate it by entering SQL commands. Each time you change this setting, you must restart the server. For information about activating LDAP, see Enabling LDAP server settings.

Important Use the SQL feature only if you have a thorough knowledge of SQL and the Focal Point database architecture. The SQL commands are not checked for errors. If you enter an incorrect SQL command, the entire database might be corrupted.
