Creating an IT portfolio management workspace
To create an IT portfolio management workspace, you can use the template in Focal Point.
Before you begin
To add a workspace, you must either be a Global administrator or have the Global permission.
Procedure
1 Make sure that all workspaces are closed. Click General and select Workspaces.
2 On the Administer Workspaces page, click Add Workspace.
3 Select Template: IT portfolio management.
4 Enter a name and description for the workspace.
5 From the Responsible list, select the user who is responsible for maintaining the workspace.
6 From the User Administrator list, select an administrator for the workspace.
7 Select an icon, a workspace list color, the date format, and the navigation bar view for the workspace.
8 Click OK.
The IT portfolio management workspace is created.
