Updating the SetChoice business rule
If there is an issue with the expresssion, the business rules might not be updated. You need to update the predefined SetChoice business rule in the workspace.
Procedure
1 Click Configure > Attributes > Business Needs.
2 Click Configuration Overview.
3 Find the Time Threshold attribute.
4 Note the attribute ID of the Time Threshold attribute and the item IDs of the On Schedule, Take Caution, and Delayed items.
5 Click Configure > Attributes > Business Needs > SetChoice.
6 Update the IDs in the business rule with the IDs that you noted.
The default value is:
=SetChoice("554","356","true","356_1","357_2","358_3",'Difference')
Replace:
▪ 554 with the attribute ID for the Time Threshold attribute.
▪ 356 with the item ID for On Schedule attribute.
▪ 357 with the item ID for Take Caution attribute.
▪ 358 with the item ID for Delayed attribute.
7 Click Copy default value to all elements, and then click OK.
