Creating a product portfolio management workspace
To create a product portfolio management workspace, you can use the template that is provided in the product.
Before you begin
You must either be a Global administrator or have Global permissions to add a workspace.
Procedure
1 On the Focal Point home page, click General > Workspaces.
2 On the Administer Workspaces page, click Add Workspace.
3 Select Template: Product Portfolio Management as the template for the workspace.
4 Type a name for the workspace and provide a description.
5 From the Responsible list, select the user who is responsible to maintain the workspace.
6 From the User Administrator list, select an administrator for the workspace.
7 Select the icon, workspace list color, date format, and the navigation bar view for the workspace.
8 Click OK. The product portfolio management workspace is created.
