Creating batch view commands
You can group multiple view commands into a single batch command. This batch of commands can be run in a single click to execute the grouped commands.
Procedure
1 In Focal Point, open the workspace.
2 Click the Settings icon Settings icon and then, from the Configure group, click REST client view command. Click Add Batch view command.
3 Select a view where you want to add the batch view command.
The REST Client Command Configuration window is displayed.
4 In REST Client view command name field, type a name for the batch command.
5 Optional: In REST Client Command Scheduler section, select Run on specified schedule. Set the frequency at which the command is to be run.
6 In the REST Client View Command List section, click Add to select the commands to be composed in the batch.
7 Search for the view command, highlight the required command and click Select.
8 Similarly add other view commands that must be executed in batch.
9 Arrange the order of execution of the view commands.
10 Click Save.
Results
The batch command is created.
