In this lesson, you estimate the cost per license. You create a variable and provide the estimates for low, likely and high value for the license cost.
1 Click the dropdown list below the graphical grid area, and then select the Sales stream.
2 Click the Variables tab.
3 Click Add Variable.
4 Specify the details for the variable:
▪ In the Name field, enter CostPerLicense.
▪ In the Description field, enter Cost per license.
▪ In the Type field, select Triangular.
▪ Enter the first value as 10,000. This is the low value.
▪ Enter the second value as 15,000. This is the likely value.
▪ Enter the third value as 20,000. This is the high value.
5 Click Save.
