Configuring user administration
When adding new users, the Authentication field can be used to control the security provider that is used when users log in. The Authentication field ensures that users log in via the defined security provider.
When the user is a native user, Authentication should be set to UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin Authentication and the user name cannot contain a back slash “\”. When the user is a Windows user, Authentication should be set to Windows Authentication and the user name must contain a back slash “\”.
When Importing or Exporting users, an Authentication column can be added to the Excel spreadsheet to define the authentication security provider (the Authentication column is optional). When the user is native user, Authentication should be set to UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin Authentication; when the user is a Windows user, Authentication should be set to Windows Authentication.

Windows Authentication
If the spreadsheet does not contain an Authentication column, the authentication security provider for each user is determined by the user name. If the user name contains a back slash “\”, the security provider is identified as Windows Authentication; otherwise the security provider is identified as Interviewer Server Authentication.
