Quancept MDSC
Quancept MDSC (mrQcDsc.dll) is a write-enabled UNICOM Intelligence metadata source component (MDSC) that converts an MDM document into Quancept script.
Quancept script is used to define and control interviews in Quancept telephone (CATI), personal (PAPI), and Web interviewing. The script defines the questions to be asked, the acceptable responses for each question, and other statements for checking answers and determining the routing, which controls exactly which questions will be asked of each respondent and in which order.
Quancept MDSC creates two files:
▪Quancept script file. This typically has a .qqc filename extension.
▪Data map file. This has the name of the Quancept script file with a .map filename extension.
For information on the rules that Quancept MDSC uses to create the Quancept script, see
About the Quancept script. For further information about Quancept, see the Quancept documentation.
