UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer supports answering machine detection (AMD) and can be setup during the project activation process, but is not yet available in Interviewing Options. For information about how a client can manually configure the AMD feature using DPM Explorer, see
Configuring answering machine detection. The UNICOM Intelligence Dialer components can then access these properties and pass them to the dialer. This is an example of how you can direct clients to setup features specific to your dialer without building a user interface application.
