The Phone Participants activity selects the least loaded session engine when the interviewer requests the first contact. The UNICOM Intelligence Dialer dialing provider implementation creates a group per project per session engine. It is therefore advantageous for interviewers working on the same project to be attached to the same session engine, ensuring that larger dialing groups are created. For this reason, and to reduce redundant resource loading, the least loaded calculation takes into account the project to be used. As such, UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer is said to implement project affinity for the session engine; interviewers who work on the same project are more likely to be directed to a session engine where that project is already loaded.
