Gets all the files in a directory up to a finite amount, including sub-directories. This is just a helper method in determining if a directory has a large amount files.

Parameters

directory

The directory to search.

maxFilesToGet

0 indicates to get all files, indicates the maximum number of files to attempt to retrieve.

Return Value

A list of all files. The list may be slightly greater than the maxFilesToGet.
