Removing users or roles from activity features
Method 1
1 In the left tree, click Users (under the appropriate customer account) if you want to unassign an individual user from an activity feature, or click Roles (under the appropriate customer account) if you want to unassign all members of a role from an activity feature. If you are not using customer accounts, click Users or Roles under the System account.
A list of current user or role members appears on the right-hand side of the page.
2 Select the users or roles that you want to unassign, then select the Activities tab in the right table. This displays the activities and activity features to which this user or role is currently assigned.
3 Deselect the activity features that you want to unassign and click OK.
You can also click Add/Remove to open the Add Activity dialog box. Deselect the activity features that you want to unassign and click OK.
Method 2
1 In the left tree, click Activities.
The tree activities and activity features appears on the right-hand side of the page.
2 Select the activity feature that you want to unassign, then select the Users or Roles tab in the right table. This displays the users or roles to which the selected activity feature is currently assigned.
3 Deselect the user or roles that you want to unassign and click OK.
You can also click Add/Remove to open the Add User or Add Role dialog box. Deselect the users or roles that you want to unassign and click OK.
