Survey panel
Without samples project
The Survey panel is the only panel that displays in the Live Interviewing window when a project does not include participant records. When you finish an interview, the New Case and Return to Case List buttons appear at the bottom of the screen. Click New Case to start a new interview case; click Return to Case List to return to the Case List view.
With samples project
When a project includes participant records, you can perform these actions:
▪Start interview with existing sample: Participant records are retrieved for the interview. When the records are retrieved successfully, instructions display in the survey panel and notify you to either start a survey or exit the window. You can also close the survey panel by selecting a contact outcome from the left pane.
▪Start interview with a new sample: A participant survey starts before the regular survey. You can add a new participant record and then begin the regular interview (based on the newly added participants).
