Selecting the entry mode
Before data can be entered, the entry mode must be selected in Interviewer Console. For more information, see
Entry modes.
Note Initial Entry is the default entry mode.
To change modes
You can change the active entry mode in Interviewer Console through the Entry Mode menu. You can also change the active entry mode through the View menu:
1 Select Entry Mode from the View menu, or press Alt+V, E.
2 Select one of these modes from the Entry Mode submenu:
Full Verification (Alt+V, E, F)
Partial Verification (Alt+V, E, P)
Initial Data Entry (Alt+V, E, D)
After selecting the appropriate entry mode, the next step is
Starting a new case.
