Starting an interview in Console
Each interview is referred to as a case. To start entering data from an interview, a new case must first be created in Console.
To start a new case in Console
Do one of these:
▪Select New Case from the Case menu, or use the Alt+C, N keyboard shortcut.
▪Click New Case on the Console toolbar.
When a new case is started, Interviewer Console automatically launches the appropriate interview player.
