You have now completed the formatting of the questionnaire. Scroll through the questionnaire to check that you are satisfied with the formatting. Before you do this, you might want to hide the table gridlines and the bookmarks and select Print Layout view.

You can print the questionnaire using the standard Print command on the Word File menu.
