Starting a new case
Each interview is referred to as a case. In order to start entering data from an interview, a new case must first be created in Console.
There are two ways to start a new case in Console:
1 Select New Case from the Case menu, or press Alt+C, N.
2 Click New Case on the Interviewer Console toolbar.
When a new case is started, Interviewer Console automatically launches the Data Entry Player.
