Storing the wizard for use by UNICOM Intelligence Reporter users
After you have created your new UNICOM Intelligence Reporter wizard, you can store it in a local UNICOM Intelligence Reporter library where it can be accessed by UNICOM Intelligence Reporter users.
Storing a UNICOM Intelligence Reporter wizard in the local library
To store a wizard in the local library, save the wizard’s .mdd file to the UNICOM Intelligence Reporter Library File Location (by default, C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\IBM\SPSS\DataCollection\7\Survey Reporter\Wizards). The user should then be able to use the wizard by selecting the wizard file from the Library pane in UNICOM Intelligence Reporter.
Wizards can use templates to format wizard questions (for example, to setup a forms layout or to display a calendar for a date question). HTML controls can be placed anywhere; the UNICOM Intelligence Reporter \Templates\Question_Template_Files directory was created and populated with some initial question templates for this purpose.
Storing a UNICOM Intelligence Reporter wizard for use in UNICOM Intelligence Reporter Desktop Edition
To store a wizard in the UNICOM Intelligence Reporter Desktop Edition library, ask your administrator to save the wizard .mdd file to the UNICOM Intelligence Reporter Library File Location in FMRoot (by default, [INSTALL_FOLDER]\IBM\SPSS\DataCollection\<version>\ FMRoot\UNICOM Intelligence Reporter\Wizards).
The ability to save UNICOM Intelligence Reporter wizards to FMRoot should be controlled as the wizards can create objects and must be checked for security issues.
