Testing the chaining example
1 For testing purposes, use the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Interviewing Options activity to add the CurrentProject and QuotaCells fields to the Participant Fields that display when using the Interviewing and Review Interviews activities.
2 In UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin, open the Phone Participants activity, and then run some interviews:
On the introductory screen, click Next Contact to retrieve a sample record for a potential participant.
You will see some sample record details displayed in the top frame, including the phone number (which the interviewer would dial).
Make a note of the respondent (sample record) ID and then select a call outcome from the list on the left-hand side of the screen (make a note of this too). Try redirecting an interview to be completed on the web.
When you start interviews, choose to confirm the demographics for some respondents and change the demographics for others.
Just before the first interview completes you will see explanatory text indicating that appropriate questions are being retrieved. After clicking Next on this question, you will be in the next interview.
Try various combinations of starting and restarting at different stages in the interview.
3 Open your sample table in Microsoft SQL Enterprise Manager (or your equivalent). Find the sample records that you viewed in the Phone Participants activity, and verify that the records look correct.
4 In UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin, open the Quotas activity, and then click Expressions to view the quotas. The second row in each cell shows the number and percentage of completed interviews for the category, while the third row shows the number and percentage of pended interviews.
