Accessing the Salesforce service from the interview routing script
Before using the Salesforce service in the routing script, you must first create a new service in UNICOM Intelligence Professional.
To create a Salesforce service
1 On the UNICOM Intelligence Professional Tools menu, click Interview Services Options menu, or press Ctrl+T, I. This opens the Configure Interview Services dialog.
2 Click Create next to Service list.
3 Enter a name in the Service name field (for example, SalesforceService).
4 Select the SalesforceClient option from the Service type list.
5 Provide the following information in the Properties tables:
URL: Do not change the default value.
User name: Enter a valid user name for logging into the Salesforce.com site.
Password: Enter a valid password for logging into the Salesforce.com site.
The password string must be your actual password appended to the security token. For more information, see “Security Token” on the Salesforce.com site:
