Creating and saving specific batches to individual data files
1 Select Save Project Data from the File menu, or press Alt+F, S. The Save Project Data window displays.
2 In the Save Project Data window:
Select which batches and/or live interview data will be saved as project data.
Select the Merge selected batches on save option to export and save data from multiple data sets.
Click OK. The Browse for Folder dialog displays.
3 Select an appropriate folder in which to save the project data files, and then click OK.
Once confirmed, the data files are saved to the selected directory. At this point, the files are ready to open in IBM SPSS Statistics or other analysis tools.
