Entry modes and Case List behavior
Data Entry projects
When working with a Data Entry project, or on the Data Entry portion of a multi-modal project, UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer’s display of the Case List in Interviewer Console is dependent on the active entry mode.
Mode
Case List displays
Initial Entry
Your created cases, or cases imported from another operator, with a case status of Initial Entry Completed or Initial Entry Suspended
Partial Verification
Cases that have completed Initial Entry, Full Verification or Partial Verification Suspended, and the project is activated to UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer with a Partial Verification routing
Full Verification
Cases that have completed Initial Entry, Full Verification or Partial Verification Suspended, and the project is activated to include a Full Verification pass (based on questions in the Initial Entry routing)
Displayed cases, in either verification mode, are dependent on whether the project was configured at activation to require multiple user verification.
When a project is NOT configured at activation for multi-user verification: all cases completed in Initial Entry, that are created in or imported to your UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer, are visible in the Case List while in Partial or Full Verification mode. You can self-verify and verify other operators’ Initial Entry (where applicable).
When a project IS configured at activation for multi-user verification: only cases completed in Initial Entry, that were keyed by and imported from another operator, are visible in your Case List while in Partial or Full Verification mode. You are not able to self-verify. Cases that you completed in Initial Entry are not visible in your Case List while in a verification mode.
Notes
You can view all project cases, regardless of whether or not multi-user verification is defined, by selecting All Cases for Project (Read Only) from the View menu. This setting allows you to display all project cases, regardless of whether you are authorized to work with all cases. Cases that you are not authorized to work with are visible, but are not selectable. When this option is selected, UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer places all cases in read-only mode. When in read-only mode, you are not allowed to create new cases, open existing cases, or create new batches.
You can view all cases for the selected batch, regardless of whether or not multi-user verification is defined, by selecting All Cases for Batch (Read Only) from the View menu. This setting allows you to display all cases for the selected batch, regardless of whether you are authorized to work with all batch cases. Cases that you are not authorized to work with are visible, but are not selectable. When this option is selected, UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer places all cases in read-only mode. When in read-only mode, you are not allowed to create new cases, open existing cases, or create new batches.
