Viewing batch properties
Note Batching is a feature that can only be used with a Data Entry project, or the Data Entry portion of a multi-modal project.
You can view a batch’s properties in Interviewer Console by opening the Properties window.
To view a batch’s properties
Select Properties from the Workflow menu, or press Alt+W, P. The Properties window displays

Basic view
The Basic view is the default Properties window view. The Basic view only provides the batch name.
To exit without making any changes, click OK or Cancel. Upon exit, the Properties window closes and you are returned to Interviewer Console.
You can edit the batch name by entering a new name. After entering a new name, click OK to confirm the revised batch name. Once confirmed, you are returned to Interviewer Console.
To cancel the batch name edit, click Cancel, or press Alt+C. You are returned to the Interviewer Console.
You can change to the Advanced view by clicking Advanced, or by using the Tab and Enter keys to highlight and select Advanced.
Advanced view
The Properties window’s Advanced view displays the following:
the system-generated batch name. You can edit the batch name.
the system-generated ID number that uses for internal tracking.
case statistics, including the number of cases currently in the batch, and a total for each mode’s entry status. For a new batch, this displays as zero (0) cases. For more information, see Case entry status labels.
a text box to enter batch notes. Notes can include specific batch characteristics, keying operator names, document tracking data, and so on.
a Print Tracking Sheet button that generates a printable document. The document can be attached to a physical document bundle for tracking movement within an operation. For more information, see Batch Tracking Sheet.
Click OK, or press Enter, to confirm new batch property information. Once confirmed, you are returned to Interviewer Console.
Click Cancel, or press Alt+C, to cancel any changes made to the batch properties. You are returned to the Interviewer Console.
To change to the Basic view, click Basic.
