You can customize UNICOM Intelligence Author by setting options to be used throughout the application, using the Options dialog box. You can change settings for individual questionnaire files using the File Properties dialog box and configure external web services that can be used in the routing script with the Configure Interview Services dialog.

You can also manage your customized files for web-deployed UNICOM Intelligence products (for example, UNICOM Intelligence Author Server Edition and UNICOM Intelligence Reporter Desktop Edition).
