Attaching a shared list to a question
Once you have created a shared list of responses, you can attach it to questions that you create.
To attach a shared list to a question
1 In the Routings pane or the Questions pane, select the question to which you want to attach the shared list.
2 Click the Responses field header in the Design pane or the Advanced Category Editor. Ensure that none of the cells in the selected column are edit mode.
3 Do one of the following:
On the Insert menu, click Shared List > Use Existing, and then select the list that you created.
Right-click a Responses row header, and then click Insert Shared List, followed by the name of the list.
The list of responses is added to the question.
