Deleting questions
If you have multiple routings, you can delete questions from one routing without deleting them from the questionnaire file. You can also delete questions from the questionnaire file.
Deleting a question from a routing
1 In the Routings pane, select a question to delete. If you have more than one routing, ensure that you select the question in the appropriate routing.
2 Press Delete, or click the
Delete toolbar button
.
The question is deleted from the selected routing. If the question occurs in other routings, it is still available in those routings.
Note When there is a single routing, deleting a question from the routing view also deletes the question from the questionnaire file.
Deleting a question from the questionnaire file
Method 1
1 In the Routings pane, select a question to delete.
2 Use Shift+Delete to delete the question from the questionnaire file.
Method 2
1 In the Questions pane, select a question to delete.
2 Press Delete, or click the
Delete toolbar button
.
The question is deleted from the questionnaire file, and from all routings in which it appears.
