Folders
The internal organization of the IBM SPSS Collaboration and Deployment Services Repository is displays as folders, which look similar to folders in a traditional file system and can be used in much the same way. However, the physical storage for IBM SPSS Collaboration and Deployment Services Repository is a relational database rather than a file system.
UNICOM Intelligence Question Repository expects these root folders and files to exist in the repository:
\RepositoryName
The root folder for the UNICOM Intelligence Question Repository. RepositoryName is used as an example. You can provide a unique repository name.
\RepositoryName\Submitted
Folder where submitted survey assets are stored.
\RepositoryName\repository.dql
A configuration file must exist for every UNICOM Intelligence Question Repository. For more information, see UNICOM Intelligence Question Repository configuration file.
You can use IBM SPSS Deployment Manager to create folders. However, do not use IBM SPSS Deployment Manager to rename, delete, or import folders that contain .mzd files, because this method does not update the indexes used to search for these files. For more information, see Search fields.
