Installing Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or above or Firefox 10 or above
Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or above or Firefox 10 or above must be installed before you can install any of the UNICOM Intelligence Server applications.

▪To run UNICOM Intelligence Reporter Desktop Edition or UNICOM Intelligence Author Server Edition by using the Firefox browser, you must install a ClickOnce add-on.
▪The following UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer activities do not support Firefox 10 or above; you must use Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or above (in compatibility mode when using version 10.x) when using these activities:

▪Survey Tabulation
▪Chrome and Firefox do not support modal dialogs. As a result, do not close the main web browser session before closing any Interviewer Server related pop-up windows.
