Checking that IIS is running
Note This is required on all computers that will host the Web, Interview, and/or the Accessories Service. IIS is not required on computers running just the Interview Service.
In Internet Explorer, type:
http://computer_name
where computer_name is the name of your local computer.
If “Cannot find server or DNS Error” appears, it means that IIS is not running.
