Enabling pop-ups and file downloads
If the browser that is running UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin and UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server has pop-up blockers or restrictions on downloading files, users will encounter problems with activities that make use of these features. In order for UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server to work as intended, pop-ups and file downloads should be enabled.
To enable pop-ups
1 In Internet Explorer, select: Tools > Pop-up blocker > Pop-up blocker settings.
2 Add the name of the computer that is running UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server to the settings.
To enable file downloads
Follow the instructions that the browser provides the first time it is unable to download a file; this enables all subsequent file downloads in UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server.
For example, when a user runs Export Data and chooses to download the exported data onto their computer, the export process runs, but displays a message in the status bar saying that Internet Explorer has blocked the site from downloading files to the computer. To allow file downloads, click the location indicated in the message to display options for enabling downloads.
