1 Users who have a license for Microsoft Office Web Components (OWC) can use the Microsoft Office Web Components charting engine in Survey Tabulation, Survey Reporter Server Edition, and Author Server Edition. Access to charting is disabled by default.

2 Set up users and roles, and assign roles to activities.

3 For Windows XP Service Pack 3, or if running Survey Tabulation, Survey Reporter Server Edition, and Author Server Edition through a firewall, add the ASP.NET account to the Launch permissions on LogBck02.

4 Check Internet Explorer settings.

5 If you have installed on a computer on which UNICOM Intelligence Professional, add UNICOM Intelligence Professional users to the UNICOM Intelligence group so they have access to the log file folder.

6 Start mrUserAdminServer and mrDPMServer3 if they are not already running.

7 Set up projects in UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin.

8 (Optional.) Install the UNICOM Intelligence Developer Documentation Library.
