Interview Filter dialog box
You use the Interview Filter dialog box to define interview filters. These are special global filters that filter on the interview status (DataCollection.Status) (see System variables . Generally this is relevant only for data collected using UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin. You open the Interview Filter dialog box from the Global/Interview Filter Setup dialog box (see Global/Interview Filter Setup dialog box).
In the top part of the dialog box you define the name and description for the interview filter. You cannot change the name of an existing interview filter. Make sure that the name is a valid filter name. See Naming conventions for more information.
Select
This selects cases on the basis of whether the interview is marked as test data or not. The options are:
Respondent data only. Select this option if you want to exclude test data.
Test data only. Select this option if you want to include test data only.
All data. Select this option if you want to select test data and real interview data.
Where interviews
This selects cases on the basis of the outcome of the interview and whether the interview is marked as active (which generally means it is still in progress). The options are:
Completed successfully
Active/in progress
Timed out
Stopped by script
Stopped by respondent
Interview system shut down
Reviewed
Signal (terminated by a signal statement in the script)
