Access levels in UNICOM Intelligence Reporter - Survey Tabulation
UNICOM Intelligence Reporter - Survey Tabulation is now available in three different access levels:
▪Minimum access
▪Medium access
▪Full access
The default installation of UNICOM Intelligence Reporter - Survey Tabulation provides full access. Your system administrator may have assigned restricted access levels to you, for example, if you do not need all the options available in UNICOM Intelligence Reporter - Survey Tabulation. If you have several UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin roles that each have different access levels, the least restrictive access level applies.
Minimum access
If you have minimum access to UNICOM Intelligence Reporter - Survey Tabulation, the UNICOM Intelligence Reporter - Survey Tabulation window has only one tab, the View Table tab, and there are two menu options: File and Help.
With this level of access you can open existing table documents, populate tables, and export results. For further information on these options, see:
Medium access
If you have medium access to UNICOM Intelligence Reporter - Survey Tabulation, the UNICOM Intelligence Reporter - Survey Tabulation window has two tabs, the Define tab and the View Table tab. There are three menu options: File, Tables, and Help.
In addition to the minimum access options, you can create new tables, apply filters, edit variables on a table, and save table documents. You can also change the global headers and footers and the options in the Properties dialog and the View Table Options dialogs. For further information on these options, see:
Full access
If you have full access to UNICOM Intelligence Reporter - Survey Tabulation, the UNICOM Intelligence Reporter - Survey Tabulation window has three tabs, the Define tab, the View Table tab, and the Preferences tab. The Define tab contains advanced options and there are two additional menus, the Variables menu and the Tools menu.
This access level provides unrestricted access to all the features of UNICOM Intelligence Reporter - Survey Tabulation, including the ability to edit variables for all tables in the table document. See
