Modify Table List Columns dialog box
Use the Modify Table List Columns dialog box to change the items that are displayed as columns in the Table List and in the ToolTips in the Table List.
To open the Modify Table List Columns Dialog Box
1 From the Tools menu, choose Options.
2 In the Options dialog, click the Table List button.
This opens the Table List Options dialog box.
3 In the Table List Columns section, select Modify.
This opens the Modify Table List Columns dialog box.
4 Select the items you want to display in the Available Columns list and click Add to move them to the Show Items in this Order list.
5 Click OK.
Fields
Available items
This lists any additional items that you can show as columns in the Table List and in the Table List ToolTips. To add an item, select the item and click the Add button.
Show items in this order
Lists the items in the order in which they will be displayed. To remove an item, select the item and click the Remove button. To move an item up the list, select the item and click Move Up. To move an item down the list, select the item and click Move Down.

Cell contents
Lists the cell contents that are defined for the table. See
Cell contents for more information.
Column sort
The column on which the table is sorted.
Date/time populated (long format)
The date and time at which the table was last populated, shown using the default long date format.
Date/time populated (short format)
The date and time at which the table was last populated, shown using the default short date format.
Filter description
The description of the filter.
Filter expression
The filter expression.
Interview filter description
The interview filter description.
Interview filter expression
The interview filter expression.
Global filter description
The description of the global filter.
Global filter expression
The global filter expression.
Hide rules
A summary of the hide rules defined for the table.
Project description
The description of the project.
Row sort
The row on which the table is sorted.

The side axis specification syntax, but with variable names replaced by their labels in the currently selected user context.

Table base
The base of the table when it was last populated. Note that this is visible only if the table has been populated.

State
Displays an icon that indicates that the table has been populated:
"Table has been populated": This icon automatically disappears from tables when you make changes (such as changing the filter) that mean they need to be repopulated. If you delete a variable and then open a table that uses the variable, the State field displays an icon that indicates that the table is invalid:
"Table is invalid"
Table number
A number that indicates the internal position of the table in the table document.
Table statistics
The statistical tests that have been selected.
Weighting variable name
The name of the weighting variable.
Weighting variable description
The description of the weighting variable.
